Cassoa Website Package Terms and Conditions
Version 1.1 · in effect from 17 August 2026. The version that applies to your package is the one you accepted when you submitted your website content form, and it is recorded with that submission.
These terms apply to the Cassoa Website Package provided by Wilkes Wood Limited.
Please read them carefully before submitting your website content form. By submitting the form and confirming your acceptance, you agree to these terms on behalf of the business named in the form.
1.Who These Terms Are Between
These terms are between:
Wilkes Wood Limited, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 15280456, with registered office at 919a Abbeydale Road, Sheffield, England, S7 2BJ.
and
the business, organisation, sole trader or other trading entity named in the website content form.
In these terms, “Wilkes Wood”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Wilkes Wood Limited. “You” and “your” refer to the business or organisation purchasing the Cassoa Website Package.
2.Business Use Only
The Cassoa Website Package is offered to Cassoa members for business use.
By accepting these terms, you confirm that you are purchasing the website package for purposes relating to your trade, business, craft or profession, and that you are authorised to accept these terms on behalf of the business named in the form.
3.The Cassoa Website Package
The Cassoa Website Package is a fixed-price website package created for Cassoa members.
The package provides a professional website for a caravan storage business, based on a pre-existing Wilkes Wood template and tailored with your business details, logo, colours, imagery, content and key information.
The package is intended to provide a clear, practical and cost-effective website for Cassoa members. It is not a fully bespoke website design and build project.
4.What Is Included
The Cassoa Website Package includes:
- setup of your website using the Cassoa member website template;
- tailoring of the website with your logo, colours, imagery and content;
- core website sections designed around caravan storage businesses;
- contact or enquiry forms;
- Maps and location information;
- social media links, where provided;
- mobile-friendly website layouts;
- fast-loading page structure;
- a content management system for agreed editable content;
- one structured round of revisions for minor amendments to copy, images or section orders / visibility within the confines of the template.
- basic CMS guidance for managing key content after launch.
The exact sections included on your website will depend on the information you provide and the relevant options available within the package template.
5.What Is Not Included
The package does not include:
- a fully bespoke website design;
- custom functionality outside the package template;
- complex booking systems;
- online payment systems;
- ecommerce functionality;
- member portals;
- customer account areas;
- logo design;
- full visual identity or brand development;
- photography or video production;
- copywriting from scratch;
- legal or compliance advice;
- email account setup;
- paid advertising;
- ongoing SEO;
- ongoing content updates;
- ongoing website management outside the hosting package;
- training for external web developers or replacement suppliers;
- third-party licence, subscription or software costs.
Some additional requirements may be quoted separately where we are able to provide them. We are not obliged to provide additional services outside the package.
6.Price and Payment
The price for the Cassoa Website Package is £999 plus VAT where applicable.
Payment is required upfront before we begin work on your website.
Once payment has been made and work has started, the project fee is non-refundable except at our discretion.
7.VAT
All prices are stated exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
Wilkes Wood is not currently VAT registered. If Wilkes Wood becomes VAT registered, VAT will be added to any taxable fees, charges or invoices issued from our effective date of VAT registration.
This includes ongoing hosting fees, support fees, additional work and any other taxable services provided after that date.
Where VAT becomes chargeable during an active hosting period, future hosting payments will be charged at the applicable rate of VAT.
Annual hosting payments already made before VAT became chargeable will not be retrospectively adjusted unless required by law.
8.Mandatory Hosting
Hosting is mandatory for all websites created through the Cassoa Website Package.
Hosting is managed by Wilkes Wood via Vercel and is required because the website is built, managed and maintained using our template, technical setup, deployment process and CMS structure.
Hosting is initially charged at either:
- £20 per month plus VAT where applicable, billed on the first day of each month; or
- £200 per year plus VAT where applicable, paid annually.
These hosting prices are based on fair usage and on the levels of website traffic, bandwidth, storage, CMS usage, form submissions, technical resources and other infrastructure usage reasonably expected for a typical website provided through the Cassoa Website Package.
Most websites operating normally within the intended scope of the package will fall within this level of usage.
If your website generates substantially higher traffic or resource usage than would reasonably be expected, or otherwise results in materially increased hosting, infrastructure or third-party costs, we may contact you to discuss the usage and may require an increased hosting fee or additional charge to cover those costs.
Where unusually high usage creates a technical, security or operational issue, or where an additional hosting charge reasonably required as a result of that usage is not agreed or paid, we reserve the right to restrict, suspend or take other reasonable steps in relation to the hosting service. We will normally contact you before taking such action unless immediate action is reasonably required.
We reserve the right to change our hosting fees from time to time to reflect changes in hosting or infrastructure costs, third-party pricing, technology, service requirements, operating costs or the way the hosting service is provided.
We will give you at least 30 days’ written notice of any change to your standard hosting fee.
For customers paying monthly, the revised hosting fee will apply from the first billing date falling after the notice period has expired.
For customers who have paid annually, the hosting fee will remain unchanged for the annual hosting period already paid for. Any revised fee will apply only if you choose to continue hosting for a subsequent annual period.
Annual hosting payments are non-refundable once paid.
Hosting includes website hosting, CMS hosting, technical maintenance and uptime monitoring.
The hosting fee does not include day-to-day content updates, copywriting, design changes, new sections, new pages, wider marketing support or email hosting.
9.Hosting Term and Cancellation
Monthly hosting runs on a rolling monthly basis and may be cancelled by giving 30 days’ written notice.
Annual hosting runs for the annual period paid for and does not renew unless a further annual payment is agreed.
If hosting is cancelled, your website may no longer remain live, because the Cassoa Website Package depends on Wilkes Wood’s hosting, deployment and CMS setup.
Where possible, we will provide a reasonable export of your website content and media, but we are not obliged to transfer the underlying template, source code, components, design system, deployment setup or CMS configuration.
10.Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing the information, content, images and access needed to build and launch your website.
This may include:
- your business name and contact details;
- logo and brand colours;
- photos and video, where available;
- location and directions;
- Cassoa accreditation details;
- storage options;
- plot sizes and pricing;
- security information;
- access arrangements;
- facilities and additional services;
- FAQs;
- social media links;
- domain access;
- any third-party platform access required for launch.
You are responsible for making sure the information you provide is accurate, lawful and suitable for use on your website.
11.Incomplete or Missing Content
We will structure the content form to make the information-gathering process as clear and complete as possible.
If you do not provide all requested information, we may still proceed with the website using the information you have provided, along with reasonable placeholder, boilerplate or omitted sections where appropriate.
If sections cannot be completed because information has not been supplied, this will not entitle you to a refund or prevent the project from being treated as delivered.
You remain responsible for reviewing the website and telling us where information is missing, inaccurate or incomplete during your revision round.
12.Timescales
We aim to complete most Cassoa Website Package projects within 7 working days once we have received everything needed to build the website.
This includes payment, completed content form, suitable imagery, required business information and any technical access needed.
Timescales are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Delays may occur if content is missing, access is delayed, feedback is late, third-party systems are unavailable, domain issues arise or additional requirements are introduced.
13.Revisions and Feedback
The Cassoa Website Package includes one structured round of revisions.
This revision round is intended for reasonable changes to the website based on the agreed package, template and content supplied.
It may include corrections, content adjustments, image swaps, layout refinements within the template and other reasonable amendments.
It does not include new functionality, new page types, major restructuring, bespoke design work, additional revision rounds or changes outside the package scope.
Any additional work requested after the included revision round may be quoted separately.
14.Content, Copy and Images
You are responsible for providing the content and images needed for your website.
We may provide boilerplate text, suggested wording or light content shaping where appropriate, but we are not responsible for writing all website copy from scratch unless agreed separately.
You confirm that you have the right to use any content, images, videos, logos, trademarks or other materials you provide to us.
You agree not to provide anything unlawful, misleading, infringing, defamatory or otherwise unsuitable for publication.
15.Legal Pages and Compliance
We may provide boilerplate templates for pages such as privacy policies, cookie policies or terms and conditions where appropriate.
These templates are provided for convenience only.
We are not solicitors and we do not provide legal advice. We do not review, approve or guarantee that your legal pages, cookie notices, privacy policies, terms and conditions or wider website compliance materials are legally suitable for your business.
You are responsible for checking all legal and compliance content and taking advice from a qualified legal professional.
16.Domains and Launch
You are responsible for owning and maintaining your domain name.
We may provide guidance on giving us the access required to connect your website to your domain. You must not transfer ownership of your domain to us unless separately agreed in writing.
Launch may depend on access to domain settings, DNS records and any third-party services required for the website.
We are not responsible for delays caused by missing access, incorrect domain details, third-party provider issues or historic account problems.
17.Content Management System
Your website will include access to a content management system for agreed editable content.
This may allow you to update certain text and images within pre-defined sections and layouts.
Not all parts of the website will be editable. Core layout, protected design elements, technical functionality, template components, navigation structures and system settings may be restricted to protect the website’s stability and consistency.
18.Optional Content Support
If you would like Wilkes Wood to handle content updates, website changes or ongoing support beyond the hosting package, we may offer separate content support packages.
These are not included in the Cassoa Website Package or standard hosting fee.
Any optional support package will be discussed separately and will be subject to separate terms.
19.Third-Party Services and Costs
Your website may rely on third-party services such as domain providers, map tools, fonts, form tools, analytics, cookie tools or other integrations.
Unless expressly included in writing, third-party costs, licences, subscriptions and charges are your responsibility.
We are not responsible for changes, outages, pricing changes, policy changes or failures caused by third-party providers.
20.Ownership and Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the content, images, logos, business information and other materials you provide to us, provided you have the right to use them.
Once the project fee has been paid in full, you may use the finished website for your business while it remains hosted and maintained by Wilkes Wood.
Wilkes Wood retains ownership of the underlying Cassoa website template, source code, components, design system, CMS configuration, development methods, deployment setup and any reusable materials used to create the website.
You may not copy, resell, recreate, licence, transfer or provide the underlying template, codebase, design system or components to another supplier or third party.
21.Website Credit
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the website will include a footer credit linking to Wilkes Wood.
This will usually read “Website by Wilkes Wood” or similar.
You must not remove, hide or alter this credit without our written agreement.
22.Acceptable Use
You must not use the website for unlawful, misleading, harmful, abusive, discriminatory, infringing or otherwise inappropriate content or activity.
We may suspend or remove content, restrict access or take the website offline where we reasonably believe the website is being misused, is creating legal or security risk, or could damage Wilkes Wood, Cassoa, users or third parties.
23.Security
You are responsible for keeping any CMS login details secure and ensuring that only authorised people access your website.
You must tell us promptly if you believe any account access has been compromised.
We may require reasonable security measures, including strong passwords or multi-factor authentication where available.
24.Suspension for Non-Payment
If hosting fees, agreed additional work or any other sums owed to us are not paid when due, we may suspend the website, restrict CMS access or pause support until payment is made.
We will usually give notice before suspending a website, unless immediate action is needed for security, legal or operational reasons.
25.Liability
We will provide the Cassoa Website Package with reasonable care and skill.
We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of goodwill, loss of opportunity, loss of data, reputational damage or indirect or consequential losses.
Our total liability for claims relating to the Cassoa Website Package is limited to the amount you paid for the website package.
Our total liability for claims relating to hosting is limited to the hosting fees paid by you in the three months before the issue giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
26.Cancellation
Because the Cassoa Website Package is a business-to-business service and work begins after upfront payment, cancellation rights are limited.
If you choose to cancel after payment but before work has started, any refund will be at our discretion and may take account of administration, planning or setup already carried out.
If you choose to cancel after work has started, the £999 project fee is non-refundable.
Hosting fees already paid are non-refundable, including annual hosting payments.
27.Relationship With Cassoa
Wilkes Wood is the official web partner of Cassoa for this website package.
Your website contract is with Wilkes Wood, not Cassoa.
Cassoa is not responsible for delivering your website, providing technical support, managing hosting, resolving website issues or handling payments relating to the website package.
28.Data Protection
We will handle personal data provided to us in connection with your website project in accordance with applicable data protection law.
We will use the information you provide to deliver the website package, manage hosting, communicate with you and provide related support.
You are responsible for ensuring that any personal data, customer information, staff details, images or other materials you provide to us can lawfully be used on your website.
29.Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time.
The version that applies to your Cassoa Website Package will be the version accepted by you when you submit the website content form, unless we both agree otherwise in writing.
Hosting terms may be updated on reasonable notice where needed to reflect changes in law, technology, third-party services, security requirements, hosting or infrastructure costs, fair usage requirements or the way the service is provided.
Any change to the price of hosting will be made in accordance with Section 8.
30.Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising in connection with these terms, the Cassoa Website Package or related hosting services.
31.Acceptance
By submitting the website content form and ticking the acceptance checkbox, you confirm that:
- you have read and understood these terms;
- you agree to be bound by these terms;
- you are authorised to accept these terms on behalf of the business named in the form;
- you are purchasing the Cassoa Website Package for business purposes;
- the information you have provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
